Debi is amazing at what she does. Our 9 month old Goldendoodle Dottie needed obedience training and as soon as Debi stepped in the door she went right to work. She managed to get Dottie under control to listen and respond to commands. She has given us the knowledge and the tools to continue the training. Debi is the "Dog Whisperer" I purposely waited a few days to write this review, as I wanted to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Bella has improved 95% within 3 days of training. Debi is very professional and knowledgeable trainer. Had my pup potty trained in 4 days! Debi makes sure you understand the commands you are working along with Debi trains several commands at each session. She shows you first and then works with you until you fully understand. She has you take notes so you can refer back to them at any time. There is always a question or concern time at each session. She had our Lab Lilly walking loose on a leash in just one session. Lilly is 5 months old and she is a very well trained puppy for her age.

Value Dog was a really wise choice for dog training. They offer a variety of training options and come to your home for a customized training program. I had some friends use Value Dog Training for their puppy, and she loved Debi’s training.
We had a more challenging very reactive rescue German Shepherd, and working with Debi really transformed our dog. Our brand-new dog has transformed from causing a lot of stress in our lives to being a fun, well-mannered member of our family. We did training over a 2 month period, as we needed to practice regularly on our own between sessions. And there's still work to do, though we're mostly dealing with smaller issues now or reinforcing behaviors. My experience with Value Dog Training has been positive. I started with the Foundation II Dog Training Program with my doodle Baxter, who is a bit dog shy. His progress from the two training sessions has been remarkable. Baxter is now able to control his urge to bark at unfamiliar dogs for the most part. Our 7 month old German Shepherd was in desperate need of basic training and obedience training. His needs were beyond me, and a professional needed to step in. I contacted Debi, and by luck she had an opening that weekend. I did her Foundation II Training Program, and within a week we saw an amazing, and impressive improvement in his behavior and obedience. Debi is very knowledgeable, passionate, and experienced, which gave our family such comfort during the training sessions. We are able to take him out for walks without the struggles of him pulling or running off on us. From the very first meeting with Debi I was super impressed. What I liked most about Debi’s training that her training is positive along with non positive and not treat driven. I was somewhat skeptical about not using treats in training, but after our first session my mind was changed. Debi empowered us with tools to create a calm dog. Our 1 year old Golden was exhausting, on walks he was everywhere, tugging and pulling on the leash when he saw other dogs or kids. He didn't understand boundaries, i.e. jumping up on you, while sitting on the sofa, or on the floor, with Debi's help we now has an amazing dog that is calm.
